Default A few Concept Skills

I usually post each concept skill out separately, but for this one, I'm going to bunch them up.
I know that the Guild Wars game are set in stone, but can't hurt to imagine now could it?

Tornado Assault
5 energy
20 second recharge time

Stance. For your next 2...4 lead attacks and off-hand attacks, you perform a dual attack. (Critical Strikes).

Okay, so for this dual-attack factor, your second attack in the dual attack will have no special affects behind it, just an ordinary attack. The dual attack in the lead/off-hand attacks will not enable skills that require the dual-attack requisite.


Master Stance
5 energy
10 second recharge time

Stance. For 10...39 seconds, if you are only wielding a single handed weapon, you deal 20% more damage. (Strength).

So a lot of people were asking for these two-handed swords and axes. Well, that can't be accomplished so I thought this would be cool. This stance only affects swords and axes, not wands.


Healing Grounds
25 energy
2 second casting time
30 second recharge

Spell. Create a ground of healing in your area. For 10 seconds allies in this area are healing for 10...43 health every two seconds. (Healing Prayers).

This will be a net total of 215 health gained at 12 healing prayers.


Signet of Fortitude
1 second casting time
8 second recharge time

Signet. For 10 seconds, target ally gains 5...20 armor and has +1...1 health regeneration. (Protection Prayers).

I have posted something similar to this before, and don't question the +1 health regeneration lol.


Stalagmite Crusher
15 energy
2 second casting time
15 second recharge time

Spell. Summon stalagmites from under target foe, that foe and adjacent foes are struck for 20...109 earth damage. If target foes are weakened they are crippled for 4...16 seconds. This spell causes exhaustion. (Earth Magic).

Foes that have a speed boost can have a chance of not getting hit, just like with meteor.


Spirit of Forgiveness
15 energy
4 second casting time
30 second recharge time

Binding Ritual. Summon a Spirit of Forgiveness at your position. All party members within its area are healed for 5...19 health each time they attack or casting a spell onto a foe. This spirit dies after 5...39 seconds. (Restoration Magic)

It's a spirit... whoopee...


Blood Letting
5 energy
3/4 second casting time
5 second recharge time

Skill. Lose 2 conditions but bleed for 30...9 seconds. (Strength).

Using blood letting again will not get rid of bleeding, but in fact get it back to whatever time is posted according to your strength. Also it may not be such a hot idea to use this to cure bleeding...


Leader's Stance
10 energy
25 second recharge time

Stance. For 3...15 seconds, you deal 25% more damage and your shouts last 20% longer but you receive only 50% from healing. (Leadership).

Terrible idea to use this if you're getting attacked and need healing.


Ice Ring
5 energy
1 second casting time
5 second recharge time

Hex Spell. Create an ice ring around target foe, after 3 seconds that foe is hit for 10...54 damage. (Water Magic).

Much like the behavior of Wastrel's Worry without the premature ending, so that's why it has a longer recharge time.


Animate Vicious Fiend
25 energy
3 second casting time
30 second recharge time

Spell. Animate a level 5 Vicious Fiend from the nearest corpse. When there is an unexploited corpse, the fiend will feast upon it and gain a level and deal +3 damage per each level gained (maximum level 10...19). Only two of these can be controlled at once. (Death Magic).

At level 19, the fiend will deal his base damage (which will stay constant, say... 15 damage) with +42 damage at level 19. I'm thinking this fiend should look something like a spider...


Spirit of Desert
10 energy
4 second casting time
60 second recharge time

Nature Ritual. Create a Spirit of Desert at your location. For 10...39 seconds, all creatures within its reach deal +5...15 damage but all skills cost 3 more energy and healing is reduced by 20%. (Wilderness Survival).

Do this with predatory season and you may have your healing problems mostly answered.

"I'm a Paladin"
25 energy
10 recharge

Shout. For 10 seconds, you gain +10..100 armor, +1..8 health regen, but move 90% slower and deal 90% less damage. (Strength, Healing Prayers)

That would actually be a very good skill for obsidian tanks

Most tanks don't have 25 energy though.
